Energy Efficient Outcomes

“Being a brick veneer house, we had our reservations on being able to achieve our normally tight building envelope.  We went to great lengths to make sure that we picked up every opportunity to seal the building well and minimise air leakage, so we were blown away by the blower door test on this home!”   Jackson Digney, Managing Director

The house exceeded the requirements of it’s 6 Star rating. Most notably it achieved an air exchange rate of 4.5 per hour. Our expectation for a brick veneer design was that it would be more like 8!  The minimum requirement is 15!
