Our Process

1Initial Call

You book an initial phone call with one of our team members that can run you through our processes and business ethos. We will then ask some basic questions to get an idea of what stage you are at. We will then refer you to book an initial site consultation.

2Initial Site Consultation

For $299, we come to you, listen to and further develop your ideas, giving you industry leading feedback and information. We then write a report based on the discussions had at the consult which will assist you make decisions about next steps.

3Preliminary Construction Agreement

Our next step is to sign a Preliminary Construction Agreement, this outlines the full picture of steps and processes that need to occur to get from early design to ready to construct and all the project management costs that can occur.

4Design Meeting

Depending on the design route you have chosen to take, we work with you and your designer to get from concept design to ready to submit to council for planning approval.

This may include many rounds of design briefs and conversations, we will bring to the table the most efficient and functional way to construct an idea whilst ensuring the design integrity is maintained.

5 Preliminary Drawings/PBE

Working with your designer we take your ideas and mould them into something concrete that can be used as the basis to prepare a budget estimate price.

We then present a Preliminary Budget Estimate (PBE) to you to go over in detail the estimated cost of the project. This presentation is invaluable to understanding the overall design and project construction details.

6Council Approvals

Once you are happy with the plans and pricing, the drawings can be finalised and submitted for the regulatory approvals. This process usually takes around 12 weeks.

During this process we send you off to select the internal fit out of your home! We arrange appointments with all of our selections consultants to ensure that all items are selected pre-contract and nothing is missed!


Upon receipt of Planning Approval and selections we will be able to finalise pricing and sign the contracts.


Once Final Development Approval is gained, we can plan for construction commencing, starting with site establishment and earthworks.

Our construction process is very inclusive, we use an online project management system which allows you to have full overview of the process. We also have fortnightly site meetings and available Project Managers and Site Supervisors who are more than happy to assist you with any queries.

9Completion and Handover

Prior to handover of the property there a number of stop points where we walk through the job and using our checklist identify any items requiring attention, these are all logged in our system to be resolved before handover. Just before handover your entire home is professionally cleaned.


We provide an initial 52 week warranty period with a further 7 years on structural issues. We contact you regularly during this period to make sure you are absolutely satisfied.
