Project Story

Built in 2019, this home was designed for future growth and health.

With a lower slab poured for future addition, this gives the family peace of mind that their future dreams can be realised.

The healthy building methods adopted here has resulted in a number of improved health outcomes for the family. The previous home’s mould and condensation issues caused a myriad of health concerns that have now resolved. Fantastic!

As usual with a home built to our specification, it has exceeded its Energy Rating by a significant margin and achieved an Air Change of Rate of 3.97, which is 8 times more efficient than the design required!
