Most new homes look okay at first glance. But lurking under the plaster and paint you’ll often find major defects waiting to emerge as future problems. Sadly, most modern homes will need major (structural) renovation or even demolition within 30 years. This is a tragedy when you consider it doesn’t need to cost more to build houses (like ours) that will last 100+ years. We’re proud of the fact our homes will still be standing strong, helping families make rich memories, long after we’re gone.

There’s no doubt, skilled architects design impressive houses. But they don’t always consider the practicalities of building to a budget. And as a result, their homes often cost way more than they need to. We take time to understand what you want, give you a choice of options, and have the skills and experience to incorporate architectural features into your home without adding to the cost.

It’s sad to see building companies collapse (one a month in Adelaide for the past few years). It’s terrible for the owners of these companies and devastating for their customers whose homes remain unfinished. But it’s inevitable because skilled tradesmen are often more creative than they are organised. Without the management processes to keep a house (let alone numerous houses) on schedule, money becomes tight, subbies don’t get paid on time, and the company becomes vulnerable. At Enduro, we are fastidious about systems that keep us organised and on schedule. We have a longstanding team of exceptional tradespeople we pay (without fail) on the 10th and 25th of the month. And every hour and dollar is accounted for, enabling us to be a stable and secure company.

We’ve built more than 100 homes and only ever been late (by one week) once (the site was shut down for 3 and half weeks due to torrential rain). That’s because we have the proven processes to set and stick to a strict building schedule. You’ll know exactly when things will start and finish, so you can plan your life (including accommodation) and move in on time.
