When we renovate or build an addition to a home we work with any reasonable budget where the focus is only outstanding improvement to your home’s comfort and energy efficiency.

Our display home is an example of putting your money where your mouth is! We are practicing what we preach about the benefits and the value in building to the Passive House standard!
Any builder can knock up a display home, we have instead built a Certified Passive House, and finished it off to the same high standard as all of our homes.
The feedback so far from some of our early bird viewings has been that this house is far and away above the standard of what else is currently on offer in the market.
