Built in 2019 as a completely custom built home, every detail designed with the client in mind their comfort was of utmost importance.

The ability to live in all year round comfort and style, this house exceeded the brief in terms of livability.

It achieved an Air Change of Rate of 4.08 it outperforms the standard Australian home by nearly four times!

This demonstrates that the even though the specifications where high, the science wasn’t compromised creating a comfortable and beautiful custom home!
