Achieving a staggering 0.45 Air Changes Per Hour, that means only 0.05 m2 of leakage area over a 780 m2 building envelope (TIP: if you want to see what that looks like, draw a square on a piece of paper that is 20mm x 20mm in size!).
Unique in it’s curved roof trusses sitting comfortably on two rammed earth walls, all elements of design and comfort where considered in this design.
