Currently working on this very unique and sustainability driven addition to a traditional Gambrel type home. Some features of the completed of the addition will be;

1. Grey water system
2. Solar Panels, Evacuated Tube HWS, Heat Banks and Hydronic Underfloor heating
3. The entire house to be upgraded to R5.0 external walls
4. All new uPVC windows and doors
5. Recylced Concrete slab to the addition
6. Retaining walls using a mixture of modern materials and recycling the existing brick driveway
