The question is — would you rather have that "it costs what?" moment early, when you can still adjust and plan properly, or halfway through the build when things are locked in?
Most people are conditioned to expect the “it costs what?!” later on. They hear a low number at the start, go along with it, and then gradually realise they’re in deeper than they thought. It’s become normal — but that doesn’t mean it’s good.
At Enduro, we prefer to have the honest conversation early. Not to scare anyone off, but to give you the full picture.
We’ve done this long enough to know what things are going to cost, and we’d rather tell you now than pretend otherwise. It’s a bit like a mechanic hearing your car and knowing what’s wrong before lifting the bonnet — experience cuts through a lot of guesswork.
So yes, sometimes we’re the ones delivering the “Oh wow” moment up front. But the upside is — that’s the last time you’ll have to be surprised by the budget.
